The countries that have ancient European cultures such as the Swiss, Germans, French, Basque (the oldest of all), Spanish, Belgians Scotish and Irish are considered to be from Celtic origin because the celts roamed with the Basque and Druids in middle Europe some 2,000 to 4,000 years ago. Why so long ago? The oldest leftovers of the Gaelic, Celts and Druids are the descendants from these countries and all confirm what the European culture. The extension of archaeological findings run from Ireland to Turkey during the Roman times. There might have been some Celtics in England but somebody was there before them, the Saxxons from eastern Europe.
